1. Eligibility & Participation

• • Participants must meet the age, fitness, and eligibility requirements established by Hydra Challenge ("Organizers").
• • All participants are required to abide by all official event rules, movement standards, and instructions from event staff, referees, or judges.
• • The Organizers reserve the right to deny or revoke entry at their sole discretion.
• • Participation is voluntary.

2. Assumption of Risk

• • The Hydra Challenge involves demanding physical activity, which may include running, lifting, carrying, climbing, and exposure to varied environments.
• • Participation carries an inherent risk of injury, illness, accident, or death.

3. Medical & Safety

• • Participants must be medically fit to participate and must not have any condition that could endanger themselves or others.
• • The Organizers are authorized to arrange emergency medical treatment on a participant's behalf, at the participant's expense if required.
• • All medical/injury conditions must be disclosed.

4. Liability Waiver

• • Participants understand the physical nature of the program.
• • Hydra Challenge, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers, and staff are released from any claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

5. Code of Conduct

• • Participants are required to compete fairly, respect fellow participants, and follow all safety guidelines.
• • Misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification without refund.

6. Media Release

• The Organizers reserve the right to capture, use, and publish a participant's name, image, voice, and performance in any media for promotional and commercial purposes, worldwide and without compensation.

7. Data & Privacy

• Personal information will be collected and processed for event registration, communication, administration, and marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Finality of Decisions

• All rulings, timings, penalties, and decisions made by the Organizers or event officials are final and binding.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sri Lanka.
